The cup part does not fit into any normal / borrowed anatomy. No vacuum can be created, as it cannot be tightly attached to the genitals at all. The hose does not stick properly to the cup, the vibrator does not stay in any of the holes provided for it. This model is not for you if you are on the slimmer side and have a larger "the gap". It didn't manage to suck tight at all as it was too big to be sucked tight at all. Not even from the bottom to the pubic mound did it come close to attaching tight no matter how I tried in different positions. We were excited to get it home. But it was a bit of a disappointment. It is in 3 parts the head itself, the middle piece and then the pump at the end. The parts do not sit very close so that means that the product loses a lot of air at the same time as you can not "move" until the adapter falls off the head .. we have tried severaltimes and we have had no effect on this product.
