How to find the correct thigh measurement
Place a normal belt around the hip or waist. Hold the tape measure in the middle at the front of the belt and guide the tape measure between the legs all the way around one thigh (under the scrotum) and to the centre where you started. Then subtract 14 inches from that measurement. Now you have the thigh measurement, so that the strap sits tight but comfortable.
