This arrived as a present from my wife. She did not realize there had to be a further purchased to make it work (If only). So I ordered the equally well made accessory. It is very fiddly but the idea interested me and I was really eager to experiment with it. Before I launch into the main theme of my review I have to say the quality of thematerials used and the packaging is admirable. However none of the above is of any use if you cannot, no matter what you try, get the thing to do anything except switch on. Icontacted the parent company to ask if there was something I should know, they suggested I might need another set of side contacts (not sure what the tech name of these maybe) I agreed to try anything. The nice people in Germany said they would send them immediately. They did and billed me an additional feel for doing so!!!! Still, full of hopeof trying out my, by now fairly expensive present I decided not to make an issue of it all. Result........ nothing/nowt/sod all. Spent a lot of time cleaning it andre-charging it but not as much as ripple/buzz or whatever else it is supposed to achieve. By all means buy one and try if you wish but the one I have is a dud.
