This is not a review of whether Jes Extender works, but my experience in use. i have been going for a long time looking at Jes Extender. It's expensive and I honestly did not have the money. But the other day I took my advice and ordered it. It has nothing to do with sinful, I am fully satisfied with service and delivery. Worst of all is the closing mechanism which must leak behind the glans, i.e., the one which in reality must provide the suction which makes the penis longer.There are two options. A silicone hose that you train over the penis behind the head (the glans) or a rubber strap. The last irritates the skin when you tighten it and it cannot hold my penis in place. The silicone hose can help you, but it shuts off all blood supply to the penis head (sorry) and I'm not sure it's healthy. All in all, anunpleasant experience. They really could have made a smarter way to lock the penis. I myself have invented some kind of silicone stocking I can pull over the penis now and itworks better but it should be supplied from jes extender.
