I have only used the lightest ball so far, but it is made of a nice material which is a bit resilient in the end, so it is comfortable to set up and take out. The string is a bit stiff and then I could wish for a deeper hole for the finger so there is more control during setup. But otherwise everything works perfectly and the rotating ball insidemakes the training more effective and is easily stimulating.
