The cage itself is perfectly okay. The pattern over the penis itself has lots of edges which means that you get abrasions and lose skin on the penis after about 3 days of constant use. Have a larger than average penis but when it is completely slack it is very easy to escape by pulling the shaft out of the ring then the balls just fall out aswell.
